Silymarin is a component of the milk thistle, a plant native to the Mediterranean basin, already used by the ancient Greeks for its incredible benefits. Silymarin is a sibylin flavonoid with hepato-protective, detoxifying, draining and cholagogue properties (which facilitates biliary evacuation) . Isolated in 1968, silymarin is considered to be the active substance in milk thistle. It is particularly concentrated in mature seeds.
3 capsules per day before the main meals, for a minimum of 1 month. Repeat if necessary.
