PHYSIOMANCE CALCIUM contains in 3 capsules :
- 800 mg of calcium, i.e. 100% of the RI*.
Calcium is one of the minerals essential for the proper functioning of the body. One of its main functions is that it helps to maintain a normal bone structure. - 5 µg of natural vitamin D3, which facilitates the absorption of calcium by the body. Natural vitamin D3 also contributes to the proper use of calcium and phosphorus by the body. It contributes to the growth and development of children's bones, and helps to keep their teeth normal. Vitamin D3 also contributes to the process of cell division and to the proper functioning of the immune system.

The adult human body contains 1,000 to 1,200 g of calcium, of which about 99% is located in the bone.
