Curcussentiel®: curcumin/ginger complex
It combines, for a synergy of action, a patented turmeric extract highly titrated (35% curcuminoids) and with exceptional bioavailability, with a ginger extract titrated in gingerols, in a ratio curcumine/ginger 1/1. Curcumin, which is hydrophobic, insoluble in water at acidic pH and unstable in aqueous solutions at pH 7.0 and above, is practically not bioavailable to the organism.
To ensure maximum bioavailability of curcumin present in Curcussentiel®, the THERASCIENCE Laboratory has selected a new patented form of 100% natural and vegetable turmeric: curcumagalactomannosides. Turmeric extract is encapsulated by soluble galactomannan fibers from fenugreek, with gelling, emulsifying and stabilizing properties.
In this form, curcumin is 270 times more bioavailable than a standard extract titrated at 95% curcumin, the highest bioavailability on the market. Moreover, this encapsulation makes curcumin chronoactive for 24 hours and allows the passage of the blood-brain barrier.
The patented Curcussentiel® complex combines this 270 times more bioavailable curcumin with a ginger extract titrated in gingerols, in a 1:1 ratio, for optimal efficiency and synergy of action.
