To prevent winter infections, certain plants are essential in phytotherapy. This is particularly the case with echinacea and "cat's claw" (uña de gato in Spanish, Uncaria tomentosa under its Latin name). Thanks to their alkylamides and alkaloids, these two plants strengthen the immune system and contribute to an immunomodulating action. Mushrooms, too, have many benefits, as is the case with the Grifola frondosa (maïtaké).
2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at lunchtime, for a minimum of 20 days. Repeat if necessary.
