Pour 100 ml of water into the shaker. Add the contents of the preparation and shake. Cook in a very hot non-stick frying pan and turn halfway through cooking.
Chef's tips: To obtain a light and fluffy omelette, add a whipped egg white. To flavour, add aromatic herbs (parsley, thyme...) or spices (saffron, curry, pepper, coriander...).
