PHYSIOMANCE SÉROCONTROL per 1⁄2 tablet :

220 mg tryptophan, precursor of serotonin, hormone of good mood and serenity ;
15% of RI* in vitamin B5, which contributes to normal intellectual performance, to the reduction of fatigue and to the synthesis and normal metabolism of certain neurotransmitters, such as serotonin ;
15% of RI* in vitamins B1, B3, B6, B8, B12 and C to maintain normal psychological functions and normal functioning of the nervous system ;
15% of the RI* in zinc, selenium, vitamins B2, B9 et naturals vitamins D3 and E which completes the formula.

Using advice

1/2 tablet per day, preferably at 5 p.m., away from any source of protein (minimum 3 hours).
