PHYSIOMANCE® SPM is a formula designed and developed in partnership with Dr Jacques BASSIER (Doctor of Medicine from the Faculty of Marseille). PHYSIOMANCE® SPM has undergone extensive research and development in order to create a solution specially adapted to maintain physiological comfort throughout the menstrual cycle.
PHYSIOMANCE® SPM provides, for 2 vegetal capsules :
150 mg yarrow extract, which helps soothe menstrual abdominal cramps;
200 mg alchemilla extract, which helps maintain good comfort before and during the menstrual cycle;
40 mg chaste tree extract, which also helps maintain physiological comfort during the menstrual cycle;
333.3 mg griffonia simplicifolia extract with 100 mg 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a precursor of serotonin;
250 mg cherry stem extract, which helps the body's elimination functions;
100% of RA** in vitamins B5 and B6. Vitamin B5 contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones; vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.
