PHYTOMANCE VALÉRIANE provides for 1 capsule:
- 200 mg of valerian extract titrated in valerianic acid
- 400 mg of valerian powder. Titrated in valerianic acid, valerian is mainly used in the context of sleep disorders, its soothing action promotes natural and quality sleep, without the risk of addiction. It also promotes falling asleep, particularly in the case of insomnia. Valerian has an anti-stress action and induces a state of well-being by promoting optimal relaxation.
