What are the main indications for following the LIGNAFORM method ?
A/Overweight, obesity :
We speak of obesity when the BMI is greater than 30. Overweight is determined by an BMI of between 25 and 29.

Possible contraindications
The LIGNAFORM protein diet method must be prescribed and supervised by a doctor or a dietitian / dietician who can alone assess the indications and contraindications.
He or she will guide you through each phase of the method and prescribe specific supplements.
During your first consultation, your doctor or dietitian trained in the LIGNAFORM method carries out a check-up to make sure that you have no medical contraindication to monitoring the method.
Once this assessment has been made, he or she will determine with you :
- The number of pounds to lose ;
- The different phases of your program and their duration ;
- The number of protein preparations to consume per day to reach your goal ;
- The supplementation necessary to prevent nutritional deficits.

Absolute contraindications
