Description

Using advice

Distribute 2 intakes of 25 g (i.e. 50 g) of Absolut Whey per day. During training or competition, take the 1st dose 45 minutes before training and the 2nd dose 45 minutes after training.

Method of preparation :

For 150 ml of water or skimmed or semi-skimmed milk into a shaker, according to your preference. Add the contents of one scoop (25 g) and mix.

Precautions for use :

This product should not be used as the sole source of nutrition. It is part of an overall diet programme. Maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. Food supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and not as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
