Also known as the dandelion, the dandelion is believed to originate in Western Europe. It is rich in iron, calcium, manganese, vitamins C and D, fatty acids and antioxidants. It is traditionally known to stimulate and improve renal and urinary elimination functions as well as liver and biliary functions. As for quackgrass, it is a very common plant in France, often considered as a weed. Nevertheless, it has many properties. In the 1st century, Pliny and Dioscorides mention it in their works as a diuretic plant. Quackgrass is therefore a detoxifying plant: it helps to increase the volume of urine, which has the effect of eliminating toxic molecules.

Using advice

2 capsules in the morning and 1 in the afternoon before meals, for a minimum of 1 month. Repeat if necessary.
