Savour the delicacy of asparagus in a creamy velouté!
Pour 200 ml of cold water into a shaker. Add the contents of the packet and mix. Heat for 45 seconds in the microwave in a bowl.
Warning: Do not use the shaker with hot water.
Chef's advice: Add small fresh vegetables, mixed authorised vegetables and/or aromatic herbs (chives, parsley, chervil, etc.) and/or spices such as nutmeg, cumin or curry to the velouté. To obtain a light and creamy mousseline, add a beaten egg white.
