Use guide

Pour 175 to 200 ml of water into a shaker. Add the contents of the sachet and mix. Heat in a microwave oven in a bowl for about 45 seconds.

 

The chef's advice: Add small fresh vegetables, mixed authorised vegetables and/or aromatic herbs (chives, parsley, chervil...) and/or spices such as nutmeg, cumin or curry to the velouté. To obtain a light and creamy mousseline, add a beaten egg white.
