Glutathione is a protein molecule produced naturally by the human body. It is very abundant in the liver, brain, heart and kidneys. It is the first cell protection molecule and the main neutraliser of toxic and polluting agents. Its level decreases with age (especially from the age of 45-50) and as the body's defence needs increase (immunity, liver detoxification, antioxidant defences...).
Using advice
