The anthocyanosides contained in bilberry can help the health of capillary vessels and the elasticity of veins against the harmful effect of free radicals. In addition, blueberries help to maintain good vision ;
1.3 g witch hazel powder.

Native to North America, witch hazel, also known as "vein digitaline" or "witch hazel", is a medicinal plant commonly used to treat venous disorders. For centuries, the Native Americans used witch hazel to treat haemorrhages, minor inflammations and haemorrhoids. Witch hazel was also used in application in the eye to treat conjunctivitis. The blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) is one of the fruits richest in antioxidants. It has been used in phytotherapy for thousands of years. It has many properties and is particularly recommended for treating diarrhoea or microcirculation disorders. Blueberries also play a major role in vision: Blueberries play an active role in the regeneration of the retinal purple colour and protect and defend the connective tissues that are attacked by external elements such as light. The active ingredient anthocyanidin is a powerful antioxidant that stabilises the eye's muscle tension and protects the blood vessels against free radicals. Traditional medicine uses blueberries to treat venous circulation disorders and certain eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration.

Using advice

2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day, for a minimum of 15 days. Repeat if necessary.
