PHYSIOMANCE SÉLÉNIUM+ provides for 1/2 tablet: 136% of RI* in selenium Lynside^® Forte Se+. It protects the body's cells against oxidative stress. It also plays an essential role in the proper functioning of the immune system. Selenium also contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Selenium is also involved in the proper functioning of spermatogenesis.
