Vitamins B1 and B6 complete the formula, providing 25% of the RA. What's more, for optimum bioavailability, vitamin B6 is present in coenzyme form (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate).

Safranal is the saffron molecule whose action on the amplification of serotonin (‘happiness hormone’) is the most widely described in the scientific literature. It contains no yellow (style) or white parts. This selection guarantees a high concentration of crocin, responsible for its intense red colour, picrocrocin, which gives it its slightly bitter flavour, and safranal, the source of its powerful floral aroma. These compounds contribute to a lasting feeling of calm, without undesirable side effects. Grown under optimum conditions in Iran, Sargol saffron is of exceptional quality.
