To achieve this level of purity, our proteins are obtained through a gentle non-denaturing process of microfiltration and ultrafiltration at low temperature, which preserves all their properties. Slower, this process guarantees superior protein quality. Directly sourced from fresh milk whey, and not from cheese whey (a byproduct of whey processing), our proteins have undergone no transformation, resulting in a more qualitative profile, especially in amino acid content.
