Alchemilla, also known as lion's foot or "alchemist's plant", is a medicinal plant native to Europe. Once coveted by alchemists, its large leaves served as a natural receptacle for collecting dew, which was then used to prepare the Philosopher's Stone. In the Middle Ages, it was reputed to treat "women's ills". In the 20th century, the Swiss priest and herbalist Johann Künzle demonstrated its usefulness in relieving premenstrual pain, but also in preparing for childbirth.

Using advice

2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening before meals, depending on the menstrual cycle, for a minimum of 22 days. Repeat if necessary.
