PHYSIOMANCE CHROME+ provides in ½ tablet, 250 µg of chromium, i.e. 625% of the RI*. Chromium helps to maintain normal blood sugar levels and contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients (lipids, proteins and carbohydrates).

Did you know it ?
When we eat foods rich in sugar, the blood sugar level (glycemia) rises and contributes to the proper functioning of the body. During the day, the blood sugar level should preferably be between 0.5 and 1.5 g glucose/L of blood. Natural mechanisms, such as the hypoglycaemic action of insulin, help to regulate this blood sugar level. However, certain dysfunctions can lead to excessively high blood sugar levels and the development of diseases such as diabetes. A study has shown that chromium supplementation in the form of picolinate, as early as 200 μg per day, improved blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes1.

Using advice
½ tablet per day during one of the 3 main meals of your choice, for a minimum of 6 months. Repeat if necessary.
Precautions for use :
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 6 years old.
