Digestive enzymes are produced by the salivary glands, the stomach lining, the pancreas and the intestines. Their role is to break down large food molecules into small molecules that can be assimilated by the body. They are classified according to the type of molecules on which they act: amylases degrade complex sugars such as starch, proteases degrade proteins, lactase acts on the digestion of lactose, etc. A deficit of one or more enzymes can be the cause of many digestive disorders caused by poor digestion and/or excessive fermentation, such as stomach aches, bloating, transit disorders, etc...

Using advice

1 capsule 3 times a day, to be taken before the 3 main meals, for a minimum of 40 days. Repeat if necessary.
