EPA* and DHA** (omega-3) are found almost exclusively in fatty fish from cold seas. They help to prevent fatty deposits that are harmful to blood vessels. Multiple dietary surveys have revealed that our needs in omega-3 are not covered by our diet. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) is 500 mg/day of EPA* / DHA**.

Using advice

1 to 4 capsules per day, in the evening, over dinner, for a minimum of 25 days. Repeat if necessary.
