PHYSIOMANCE RÉSOLVINES provides, for 2 capsules :
- 600 mg of omega-3 containing 1221 µg of pre-resolvins (17-HDHA, 18-HEPE and 14-HDHA), natural metabolites of EPA* and DHA**.
PHYSIOMANCE RÉSOLVINES comes in the form of a high quality fish oil capsule.
*EPA : eicosapentaenoic acid
**DHA : docosahexaenoic acid
Why choose PHYSIOMANCE Résolvines ?
1. Capsules rich in Specialized Pro-Resolving Mediators (SPMs)
Resolvins (RVs) are metabolites of the long-chain omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA. These molecules form the E (RvE) and D (RvD) series from EPA and DHA. Intermediate metabolites, derived from EPA and DHA, have been identified as precursors of resolvins1. They are called pre-resolvins :
- 17-HDHA: 17-hydroxy-docosahexaenoic acid,
- 18-HEPE : 18-hydroxy-eicosapentaenoic acid,
- 14-HDHA : 14-hydroxy-docosahexaenoic acid.
Long considered a passive event, the resolution of inflammation, also known as catabasis, is now recognised as an active process, in which these pre-resolvins, a family of bio-active lipids, also known as SPMs (Specialized Pro Resolvin Mediators), have been identified as essential2. It is precisely these SPMs that are present in our product PHYSIOMANCE RÉSOLVINES.
2. Proven efficiency
It is now clearly established that tissue levels of resolvins are increased by the administration of the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids DHA and EPA, which would explain in part the beneficial effects of these fatty acids3. However, although they are precursors of PMS, EPA and DHA do not have the resolving properties of PMS, hence the interest of a specific intake of 18-HEPE, 17-HDHA, and 14-HDHA with PHYSIOMANCE RÉSOLVINES, rather than EPA and DHA alone.
3. High SPM content
The immediate precursors of SPMs were previously difficult to isolate and titrate in a natural omega-3 rich matrix such as fish, and most supplements provided mixtures of EPA/DHA with no defined SPM content.
Considerable progress in technological innovation now allows us to isolate and titrate resolvin precursor metabolites, the pre-resolvins, from fish sources finely selected for their pre-resolvin content.
Our crude fish oil is first purified, after which selective chromatography is performed. This technique is based on the powerful and specific separation between two phases (stationary and mobile phase), making possible the efficient isolation of SPMs.
Thanks to this technological innovation, PHYSIOMANCE RÉSOLVINES guarantees a maximum concentration in SPMs: 610,5 µg per capsule.
4. High quality fish oil
The excellent quality of our fish oil is guaranteed by our label Friend of the sea©, eco-label guaranteeing that :
- The product does not come from overexploited, depleted, unvalued or recovering stocks ;
- The fishing method does not impact the seabed ;
- The fishing method is selective to ensure by-catch rates below the world average.
5. For our premium quality and environmental responsibility !
Enjoy the best with PHYSIOMANCE RÉSOLVINES and its certified formula WITHOUT colorants, gluten or lactose based ingredients, not tested on animals and made in Europe, thanks to the Clean label THERASCIENCE. PHYSIOMANCE RÉSOLVINES also benefits from the Friend of the sea© label, which guarantees a superior quality oil from eco-responsible fishing.
6. A finely tuned formula with a high concentration of SPMs
Our PHYSIOMANCE RÉSOLVINES formula, highly concentrated in SPMs (610,5 µg per capsule), designed and developed by our Research and Development team in collaboration with our scientific committee, has been the subject of in-depth work in order to design an ideal solution for a nutritional intake of pre-resolvines (17-HDHA, 18-HEPE and 14-HDHA) and omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.
