Pour 200 ml of water into a shaker. Add the contents of the sachet and mix. Heat in a bowl in the microwave for 45 seconds.
Chef's tips: Add small fresh vegetables, mixed authorized vegetables and/or aromatic herbs (chives, chervil parsley, etc.) and/or spices such as nutmeg, cumin or curry to the velvety soups. To obtain a light and creamy mousseline, incorporate a beaten egg white.
